Flat Fee listing

I offer all of my clients in the DFW area a chance to list their home for a flat fee listing instead of full service. This service is of course going to be a cheaper route to go when selling your home. Although, it is cheaper though it is not for everyone. Everyone situation is different. However, when you allow me to list your home for a flat fee of only $1195 you will be given several key advertising tools that most others dont even give you in their so called "full service" listings.
